I am proud to be returning to The Soulard School for my fourth year in the Mosaic classroom. The first round of Mosaic graduates are off in many different middle schools this year and I am pleased to be helping the new 4-5th graders prepare for their eventual transition. At Webster University, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a double major in environmental studies, and my Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in special education. I serve as the Special Education Consultant for the school, leading a Care Team that supports differentiation and other individual learning needs in the classroom. Beyond teaching, I am an avid gardener and enjoy cooking delicious vegetarian fare from my garden and the different organic farms where I volunteer in the summer. My husband, Eric, and I live in Clifton Heights where we enjoy taking care of our two dogs, cat, and five chickens. In February we are expecting our first-born and are overjoyed for him to become part of The Soulard School community.
